Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy a beverage and connect with your therapist. We strive to accommodate late arrivals; however, your service may be shortened to honor the schedules of other guests. The full service fee applies, so please plan accordingly, especially in inclement weather.

To preserve our tranquil environment, we kindly ask that you silence your phone upon arrival. Calls and texts will not disrupt your spa experience or the relaxation of others.

Reservations
For your preferred appointment times, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance—or 4 to 6 weeks for weekends and holidays. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Our bespoke luxury experiences are reserved exclusively for you, and arriving on time ensures you enjoy every moment of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, based on availability. If you anticipate a delay, please let us know—your experience is our priority, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

GRATUITY

Our customary gratuity is 20% plus a processing fee for online or in-person card payments. Gratuity may only be added to your credit card at the time of a service purchase and is not included in the listed prices. Additional tips may be given in cash, either in the treatment room or at the front desk. Payment for services upon arrival is not permitted.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are void where prohibited by law.

• Gift certificates may not be used to purchase other certificates, have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are valid only after payment is processed.

• LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a gift certificate purchase at its discretion, in which case the purchaser may receive a full or partial refund.

• These terms apply to all gift certificates purchased through SpaEmergency.com for LeVonne de Spa, including listings under Detroit Area Spas and Waterford, MI Spas

REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATES

Services purchased at www.levonnedespa.com may be issued as gift certificates or service vouchers, both of which are valid for 5 years in accordance with Michigan law. Promotional offers with an expiration date may expire within 30 days to one year of purchase and do not qualify for the five-year validity. With management approval, the value of your certificate may be applied to another spa service, excluding gratuity and promotional offers.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• SpaFinder and Spa Wish gift certificates are not accepted.

• Gift certificates are redeemable at LéVonne de Spa for the specified amount or service, prior to their expiration date.

• At management's discretion, service-based gift certificates may be converted to a cash value equal to the amount paid for the certificate.

• All spa services, packages, gift certificates, and products are strictly non-refundable.S

• Gift certificates are not redeemable and cannot be returned for a refund.

• Any unused gift certificate balance will be issued via a replacement gift voucher with the original certificate's expiration date.

• Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase other Gift Certificates or used for gratuities or spa products.

• Suppose a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate. In that case, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference via credit card with a customer service representative or spa manager at the time of reservation and purchase.

• For security purposes, the recipient must show a valid state ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.

• Use and redemption of our gift certificates are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• LeVonne de Spa LLC, its agents, and vendors may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates to the purchaser or recipient only.

CANCELLATION / GIFT CERTIFICATE EXPIRATION

• Your reservation is exclusively tailored to you. To preserve the elevated experience for all guests, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in a charge and forfeiture of your prepaid service. Booking constitutes acceptance of these policies.

• A credit card is required to secure your paid reservation, including bookings with trade accounts or gift certificates, and will be charged at the time of booking. With proper cancellation, services remain valid for one year. Additional services may be paid for during your visit using your preferred method. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, LeVonne de Spa, LLC may void related gift certificates without notice.

• LeVonne de Spa is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or stolen gift certificates. We verify the legitimacy of a redeemer at the time of redemption or expiration. If a gift certificate is suspected of being stolen, misused, or presented by someone other than the intended recipient, we may void or deactivate it. Redemption is contingent upon verification of the redeemer’s legal right to use the certificate. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed after their expiration date.

• Lost gift certificates will not be replaced prior to expiration unless the original certificate remains unused and the recipient can be verified.

LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers or known recipients to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Gift certificates are provided by email or hard copy as a courtesy. LeVonne de Spa is not liable for delivery delays or failures beyond our control. Digital certificates are considered received only when accessed via the provided link. Most email deliveries are processed within 72 hours.

LéVonne de Spa, its agents, and affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, regarding gift certificates, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift certificate number or barcode is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be replacement of the gift certificate. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Oakland County in the State of Michigan.

• Gift certificates and these terms and conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of Michigan without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction in Oakland County, Michigan, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law. The court may modify the invalid or unenforceable provision to render it valid and enforceable under Michigan law.
