Soothing Body & Pain Therapy

Each therapy session is a carefully crafted experience lasting a full 60-120 minutes, designed for your maximum benefit. You’ll begin with 10 minutes allocated for greeting and disrobing, followed by a personalized body therapy or essential oil therapy session that lasts between 30 to 120 minutes, and concludes with 5 minutes for redressing and tailored recommendations.

 Hydration: A Key to Your Wellness 
Drinking adequate water before and after your holistic therapy session is not just important; it’s essential for unlocking the full potential of your treatment. Hydration transforms your body’s tissues at a cellular level, allowing your system to effectively cleanse and operate at its best.
